High performance Program
The BTB U13, U15, and U17 programs for boys and girls are designed to develop well-rounded soccer players and strong, confident individuals. Our mission is to provide a safe, fun, and inclusive environment where every player can grow on and off the field. Guided by our core values of love, order, care, and giving our best effort, we emphasize respect, empathy, discipline, and personal responsibility in all aspects of the game and daily life. BTB is a possession-based academy that plays with high tempo and high intensity in both attacking and defending phases, preparing players to compete while upholding strong character and values.
HPP (U13,u15,u17)
The BTB Academy U13 (2012–2013), U15 (2010–2011), and U17 (2008–2009) programs provide a structured, year-round development pathway for boys and girls. Players train three times per week, with schedules confirmed prior to each season.
Training runs outdoor from April to August at Northeast fields and indoor from September to March at the Turf Training Centre and school gyms (futsal). Teams compete in EMSA league play and travel competitions. Players are required to wear official BTB training apparel, including a tracksuit and backpack, and are provided match jerseys prior to the season (deposit required).
player development pathway
BTB’s Player Development Program is built to guide players through a clear, progressive pathway from foundational development to high-performance competition. The program focuses on developing technically strong, tactically intelligent, physically prepared, and mentally resilient players, while maintaining high standards of character and professionalism. Training is structured, periodized, and aligned with the player’s stage of development to ensure long-term growth rather than short-term results.
University pathway
BTB delivers two university pathway seminars per indoor season for Grade 10–12 players. Sessions cover Canada and U.S. university requirements, application timelines, recruitment communication, school connections, and highlight video preparation.
