Kondeh holds a CONCACAF “A” Licence. Kondeh has extensive experience working with youth and competitive teams, and under his guidance, his teams have won 2 Canadian National Championship gold medals, 3 silver medals, and 1 bronze medal. Many of his players have gone on to national team programs, professional clubs, and university-level soccer, highlighting his ability to develop talent to the highest levels.
